Exclusions tell Huorong which files or folders do not need checking. They are commonly used for development folders, project directories and in-house tools.
Adding exclusions
In Settings, under Trust and exclusions, add folders, files or extensions. Wildcards are supported.

Use with care
Excluded paths skip both real-time monitoring and scanning. Use them only for content you trust, and review the list periodically.
- Only exclude folders you trust
- Review the exclusion list regularly
- Remove temporary exclusions afterwards
FAQ
Can I still scan an excluded folder?
Yes. Selecting it manually in a custom scan still checks it.
Do exclusions affect quarantined files?
No. Files already in quarantine stay isolated until you restore them.
